Returns and Shipping

Returns

Skwezed only accepts returns within 60 days of purchase. Each product(s) must be in the same condition as when purchased; all item(s) must be in its original packaging with the receipt. Please contact info@skwezed.com to begin your return process. After receiving an email with the shipping address, it is your responsibility for all costs related to the return process. Additionally, you’re carrying any risk of loss/damage during shipment. Please be sure to be extremely accurate when addressing the package. Skwezed does recommend opting for a tracking number and insurance for your package.

When the item(s) have been received, they will be thoroughly inspected. Then, you will receive an email notifying you that Skwezed has received the package and your updated status about the return. In the event that your return was approved, Skwezed will refund the purchase price and all taxes paid, minus the original shipping and handling costs. If, by chance, your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping fee will be taken from the refund.

Shipping

Orders received on a business day before 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time is usually shipped the same day. Any orders after the deadline are usually shipped the next business day. Retail orders are shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be emailed to the email address on the account once shipped.

Wholesale and distributor orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS at our discretion. Orders received on a business day before 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time is usually shipped the same day. Any orders after the deadline are usually shipped the next business day.

The PACT Act Amendment prohibits sellers from shipping e-cigarettes, vapes, flavored and smokeless tobacco products.

Refunds

Each refund is processed within ten business days after Skwezed receives and approves the item(s). The refund will be credited to the payment method initially used. NO REFUNDS ON ANY FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
